Education Booth - Info and Rules 

 

  1. All work must be the work of the exhibitor and not used in a previous fair.

  2. All booths are entered on the first come, first serve basis.

  3. No live animals permitted.  No glue or scotch tape can be used to fasten the poster boards to the walls of the wood booth.

  4. Each exhibit will be labeled with name, school, club and grade in school.  Cards will be furnished by the 4-H Office.

  5. Exhibits can be entered on Saturday, October 20th from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and Monday, October 22nd, from 2:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. Please come as early as possible to avoid last minute rushes.

  6. All exhibitors are responsible for cleaning and removal of their exhibits Monday, November 5th, from 2:00p.m. to 6:00p.m.  Prize money will be awarded at that time. Exhibits not removed on that day will be thrown away, so we encourage you to try and be there. If there is an emergency situation that interferes with the time, please contact us and we will remove your exhibit for you.

Important: There are only 122 booths available! Reserve a booth by Wednesday, October 17th. Once the spaces are filled, we will place you on a waiting list. Parents or guardians must call for you!
