1. Entries in this division will be open to Chatham County 4-H and Bryan County 4-H (Richmond Hill) club members (boys & girls).

2. All exhibits must be the work of the exhibitor and not used in a previous fair.

3. Exhibits must conform to the space allotted. The space will be 28" deep, 28" wide and 22" high.

4. Exhibits will be labeled with name, school, club, and grade in school. (Cards will be provided at the fair.)

5. Exhibitor space will be allotted on a first come, first serve basis.

6. No live animals can be used in exhibits. No food can be used.

7. Exhibits will be judged according to the score card used for Organization Educational Exhibits. (See previous department for card).

8. Saturday October 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Sunday October 19, from 12:00 p.m. to 6 p.m.

9. All exhibitors are responsible for cleaning and removal of their exhibit from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., Monday, Niovember 1.

All excellent will receive a Blue Ribbon .....................$12.00

All fair will receive a White Ribbon ............................$ 7.00

All Blue Ribbons in each group will be judged for 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes
